I was at Badman's last night and they were talking about Q4. Molester went to Quakecon. He said he went in skeptical about Q4 and came out a believer. He said this will put an end to Q3. That's what I wanted to hear.

10/13/05 is comin fast.

I was thinking about going to this year's QuakeCon back during the registration period in June. I just retired from football, so this is my first Summer in 12 years that I actually get a vacation, and not have to sweat, bleed, and run myself to exhaustion on the football field in the intense sun. But then I heard that they were not going to have Q3A at this QuakeCon but rather, Q2 in order to celebrate the release of its sequel: Q4. So I said, screw it. I don't have a copy of Q2 anyways, I just own Q1 and Q3A.

Just read a little blurb at IGN that Quake4 multiplayer will be at QuakeCon. Also a Resurection of Evil for xBox. This year's QuakeCon, the tenth annual celebration of id Software's titles, runs August 11-14 in Grapevine, Texas. I wish I could go, but I am about to lose my job and can't afford it right now. The company I work for is selling off my divission, so unless I want to move to bakersfield, I'm outta work. Maybe next year will be my year.
