Well, it's back up now. It seemed like it was all day today that slashdot and any server that was up north was down. I have slashdot as my home page, so when I open my browser I noticed. At first I though it was my connection, thats what got me doing the trace routes. All better now, I hope it stays up.

Nah, I didn't notice much today. I only used the internet for a little bit earlier during the day today. I did notice however that myspace.com was acting very very slow. But I'm not sure where their servers are based.

Anyone else notice that half the internet is down today? I did some traces and found that up by San Fransisco the internet ends. If the site your looking for goes east or towards Texas, it's fine, but going north, forget it. The server for my site is in Texas and comes up in a snap, but go to slashdot or some other sites up north, and wait 20 minutes and nothing. Wonder whats goin on.
