| Yea, I heard about the appeals that are about to occur. I have a feeling that we havn't seen the end of this fiasco. Reason number one: Mark Garagos. He is going to pull EVERY possible reason out of his ass to get an appeal or lesser sentence for Scott. I know he will demand a mistrial and will mention stuff like the juriors who were kicked off during the trial, and the incident about the juriors rocking the boat. When it comes to lawyers, you get what you pay for. |

Damn, that was a novel. I thought you'd have the Bible code in there somewhere, j/k. Wonder if it was predicted. Anyways, I'm with you, glad it's over, but the news has to leave it alone now. They keep goin on about the Jurors and apeal shit. "Make It Stop!!!"

So he's finally proven guilty. I just heard it today on the John & Ken Show on KFI 640 AM, I am so glad that it's over and that I don't have to hear another update about Scott Peterson and Mike Garagos from Redwood City.
Personally, I don't know WHY this story/trial got so much media attention. Scott Peterson is a normal guy, Laci Peterson is normal woman, they weren't celebrities or people of importance. Crap like this with husbands killing their wive's happens everyday in the United States, and around the world. I have to admit, when Laci was first missing during Christmas some year or two ago, I thought that Scott had nothing to do with it. But when the trial started about a few months ago I changed my mind and was already convinced that he killed her. As for Mark Garagos, he's just a money-hungry snob with no sense or morals. Even before he accepted the role to be Scott's attorney, Mark said that he thought Scott was guilty. But then Scott's mommy and daddy come to the rescue with some seven-digit money offer. Yea, that will grab a bastard like Mark's attention. Mark Garagos was stupid for taking this case, I thought he only took it for the seven-digit money offer, and a chance at more fame. Besides, how could Mark even defend Scott Peterson with all the facts and evidence their was? There was no way to change the story, because the fact is Scott WAS at the same lake/bay that Laci was found at the day she was missing. And then Scott basically screwed himself when he went on that TV show with Diane Sawyer without Mark's permission. Mark Garagos basically scratched and clawed his way through this case, making EVERY possible objection there was and came up with EVERY possible story about Laci's "real killers."
In my opinion, the only winner after this trail is Mark Garagos. Now he just emptied poor Scott Peterson's parents pockets with millions of dollars now in his bank account, and his client who he believed was guilty before he took on the case, is now going to receive the death penalty or serve life in prison. The loser is obviously Scott Peterson. What a moron, he cheated on his beautiful wife with some ugly single-parent slut, then killed Laci and their unborn son. Laci couldn't have been that much of a bitch, enough of a bitch to kill, she appeard to be very nice and pretty in my opinion.
I'm just glad it's over now, and I don't have to hear another update about Scott Peterson and his fishing boat. Ok, I'm going to stop now because I feel like I just wrote an essay. |

Well, the verdict is finally in. The poor boy got guilty first degree murder on the death of his wife, and second degree on the death of his unborn son. I felt he did it, right from the start. He was just stupid, the way he acted after her "disapearance". Who knows the trueth in things like this but he was just plain stupid. Also, his high payed lawyer was useless. Only put on a defence for a week or so after 4 months of prosecution. What an arogant ass. Oh well, it's over.
